G20 Health Minister discussed on cooperation measures that are to build Global Health System Resilience

Park Minsoo, 2nd Minister of Health and Welfare attends the 7th G20 Health Minister's meeting from October 27 to 28 (for 2 days) in Indonesia Bali to discuss cooperation measures that are to build Global Health System Resilience.

This meeting is hosted by Indonesia, under its G20 presidency, with health ministers from G20 member countries, invited countries, and international organizations such as the World Health Organization(WHO).

On October 27th, ministers discussed on pandemic Prevention/Preparedness/Response (PPR) with the three health priority issues, namely: Building Global Health System Resilience; Harmonizing Global Health Protocols; and Expanding Global Manufacturing and Research Hubs for pandemic PPR.

 

On October 28, each country's vision to strengthen the future global health architecture is shared, along with the adoption of the joint declaration (G20 Health Ministers’ Action to Strengthen Global Health Architecture).
