All Childcare Centers Now Subject to Assessment on Care Quality
- The Korea Childcare Promotion Institute established as statutory institution in line with the implementation of mandatory assessment of childcare centers from June 12 -
The Ministry of Health and Welfare (Minister Neunghoo Park, MOHW) announced that all childcare centers will be subject to mandatory assessments once every 3 years starting from June 12, 2019 (Wed) and the Korea Childcare Promotion Institute (Director Heejeong Yu) will be relaunched as a statutory institution to carry out the assessments.
