Travelrs Guidline for COVID-19

We recommend that travelers avoid any nonessential travel to the People's Republic of China (Including the Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macau) and other affected areas with COV1D-19*. * Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan (Feb 14th WHO Report)
  • Please consult with physicians if you are an elderly or have underlying chronic conditions as you are at an increased risk.
If you are planning to visit the People's Republic of China (Including the Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macau) and COVID-19 affected areas, please keep in mind the guidelines as follows.

Affected areas including local transmission Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, the United States of America, Germany France, United Kingdom, Australia, the Philippines, Cambodia, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Canada, Italy, Russia, Belgium, Finland, Spain, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, Egypt (Feb, 14th WHO Report)

  • Wash your hands often and thoroughly* with soap and running water for at least 30 seconds. (*Palm, backs of your hands. between your fingers, two hands together, thumb, and under your nails, etc.)
    • Make sure to wash your hands after going to the bathroom or visitng crowded places, before eating, after outdoor activities.
    • If soap and water are not readily available, please use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
  • Please follow the cough etiquette if you have cough or acute respiratory symptoms.
    • Please wear a facemask when visiting crowded places.
    • Please wear a facemask especially when visiting healthcare facilities.
    • If you do not have a facemask, please cover your mouth and nose with your elbow when coughing or sneezing.
    • If you have covered your mouth and nose with tissues, please throw them away immediately and make sure to wash your hands.
  • Do not touch your eyes, nose, or mouth with your hands.
  • Do not get in contact with people who have symptoms of fever or cough.
  • Avoid consumption of raw or undercooked animal products.
  • Avoid visiting live animal markets and touching sick animals.
Please follow the steps below after travelling.
  • Avoid contact with others and stay at home for 14 days.
  • If you have any symptoms of cough or acute respiratory symptoms within 14 days after traveling,
    • Please inform your local public health center or our call center (☎ Area Code +120 or ☎ 1339).
    • Please get a consultation with a triage health center.
    • Share your travel history with a health care provider.
